Lower Court's Decision	The Court of Appeals of the 11th Circuit held that the suit was not barred by the Anti-Injunction Act. A vote to AFFIRM means that YES, the suit can proceed notwithstanding the AIA. A vote to REVERSE means that the AIA bars the suit.
