Josh Blackman, LLC (“Josh Blackman”) is inviting you to participate in a contest to see
how well you are able to predict decisions made by the U.S. Supreme Court during the 2017-2018
term (October 2019 Term).
Points will be awarded to contestants for each correct response.
For example, a correct prediction for a Justice is worth 10 points.
A correct prediction for a case is worth 10 points.
If you are able to predict all Justices (e.g., 90 points if nine Justices vote),
and the overall outcome of the case (10) points, you would be awarded 100 points.
No points will be awarded for recusals, as those are known prior to oral arguments.

As part of the contest registration process,
you will be asked to provide some identifiable private information
(e.g., your first and last name and email address).
You will use your email address and password or social network account when
logging into the system to participate in the survey as a contestant.
Please remember to retain the registration information because you will be logging
into the system several times as the term unfolds.
The contest administrators at Josh Blackman will need to use your identifiable information
to contact contest winners. Any data you provide in regard to contest participation
(i.e., personal information, answers to your survey questions, and/or predictions you make)
will be kept confidential by contest administrators and
no identifiable contest survey responses about you will ever be released.
Contest winners' names may be published after the contest has been completed and prizes awarded.
You agree to have your name published as a condition of receiving the prize.
It is estimated that as many 10,000 people may participate in the contest.
Please note: If contestants withdraw at any time before the contest is over,
you will not be eligible to participate in any remaining prize drawings.
